Toto, we are in Kansas! There is no yellow brick road, but I-70 looks mighty fine.
I am enjoying a bright sunrise, cool wind and the anticipation of a 6 hour drive. We should shove off in about 20 minutes. All the critters, except #3, are sleeping. Hopefully, we can get a 100 miles or so down the road before they all start moving about.
Today should be a smooth day of driving after a day in the Rockies and the previous two in the desert. Kansas offers some nice crosswinds, but other than that we have a pretty flat, straight road ahead of us!
